Acting Coaching
Sophie is passionate about coaching actors at all stages of their journeys. She can lead one-to-one sessions in person or online and tailor a programme to your needs. Sessions can support your preparation for drama school entry, audition preparation within industry or to support professional projects for stage or screen. She regularly teaches at leading drama schools including Guildhall and LAMDA where she directs contemporary, Jacobean and classic plays.

Dramaturgy
Developing new work has formed a core part of Sophie’s career as a Director over the last twelve years. She is committed to supporting writers to find clarity and courage in their voices. She has developed new plays across many genres, working both with international and British writers. These projects have toured nationally and been on London stages at venues such as The Bush Theatre, Oval House and Royal Festival Hall. She has also developed plays that have and gone on to win awards such as The Women’s Prize for Playwriting.
